- Don’t ask your team to take risks that you aren’t willing to take yourself.
- Create an atmosphere where they will welcome your feedback.
- Make sure your feedback focuses on larger goals rather than momentary events.
- Unless your team feels that you’re ALL in this together, you’ll always be an outsider, and that’s not where you will be an effective leader.
